Chloe is a UX Designer with a passion for creating accessible and delightful experiences for users. With 8 years of experience in the field, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as the voice of the customer on web and mobile design projects. Chloe bridges the gap between business, design, and development teams, using her diverse background in art and computer science to support her teams in prototyping, content modeling, content management, information architecture, product management, design, and more. 

 

In her current role at Sharp HealthCare, Chloe introduced an efficient request process for her design team to manage and track their work and piloted design sprints and collaborative brainstorming sessions using Mural. Additionally, she created detailed technical and design documentation for a new DSM, which involved building content models and design specifications to ensure successful implementation.

 

Her proficiencies include low- and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile, product design, usability testing, content modeling, Figma, Axure, Contentful, HTML & CSS, Smartsheet, process diagramming, project management, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.

 

When she's not designing, Chloe enjoys spending time with her husband David and dog Miko in San Diego, California. She's also an avid video gamer and loves incorporating her creative skills into her drawing and watercolor.
